Winemaking: Grapes are destemmed, wild yeast spontaneous fermentation in open vats with a few hours of skin contact, aged in fiberglass tanks for 6 months, unfined, unfiltered, no added SO2.
Tasting Notes: Grapefruit, peach, nectarine, honeysuckle, chestnut honey flanked with tingly acidity and light jasmine green tea tannins. Butterscotch, lemon, wisp of smoke infuse the nutty finish. Sleek, gluggable.
