Estate: With the goal of working with nature, not against it, best friends Enrico Frisone and Andrea dalla Grana founded lL Moralizzatore in 2011. Their 3 hectares of biodynamically cultivated vineyards are the foothills of Alto Vicentino, close to Padua in Veneto.
Winemaking: Hand harvested, destemmed, wild yeast spontaneous fermentation with 6 hours skin maceration in stainless steel. Second fermentation in the bottle started with the must, unfined, unfiltered.
Tasting Notes: Yellow apple, chamomile, trace of cinnamon, cardamom, tingly acidity overlay light green tea tannins. Consistent fizz gallops through to mango, lemon, fleck of flinty minerality on the nutty finish. Engaging, sunny.
