Estate: One of the stars of the return to traditional winemaking revolution in Emilia, Denny Bini is dedicated to crafting wines that express the land from which they originate. Using organic, low intervention, historical methods, his wines are made in much the same way as those of his great grandfathers.
Tasting Notes: Black cherry, blueberry, sweet aged balsamic buoyed by light whirling fizz, bright acidity and black tea tannins. Pine forest, blackberry, chocolate and more aged balsamic infuse the distinctive bitter finish.
