Winemaking: Vines are in clay and limestone soils. Hand-harvested, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, aged 1 year in used oak, unfined, unfiltered, no added SO2.
Tasting Notes: Black cherry, black olive, blueberry, pomegranate, black pepper, roasted herbs flanked by sturdy tannins and fresh acidity. Dark chocolate, blueberry, candied violet infuse the smoky mineral finish. Plush and comfortable.
