Estate: Matteo Furlani is the 4th generation of his family to farm the tiny plots of vines, 700+ meters in altitude, in the Dolomites of Trentino, northeastern Italy. The estate was always farmed organically, without any chemicals. Matteo has taken this natural approach further, adopting biodynamic methods.
Philosophy: “Grapes cultivated and vinified with passion, always respecting nature, environment and animals.”
Winemaking: Indigenous yeast spontaneous fermentation in steel with skin maceration for 20-25 days, aged in steel on the lees, bottled in April, unfined, unfiltered.
Tasting Notes: Sheer layers of melon, pink grapefruit, tangerine, trace of herbs framed with light acidity, light tannins. A citrus and yellow apple filter over the lithe, mineral finish. Delicate, airy.
100% Müller Thurgau
Vino Bianco
Italy
Bottled by Matteo Furlani
