Winemaking: Vines are 35 years in age. Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts, whole bunch skin maceration for 2 weeks, carbonic maceration on 1/2 destemmed bunches, aged in Tuscan 800L amphorae for 1 year.
Tasting Notes: Blueberry, blackberry, red currant, earth, bramble, delicate fizz glide across light black tea tannins and tingly acidity. Black cherry, black currant highlight the roasted hazelnut finish. Engaging, agile, fun.
