Winemaking: Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts, 3 days skin maceration, aged 6 months in fiberglass tanks, unfiltered, no added SO2.
Tasting Notes: Spritely orange, lemon, pear, grapefruit, racy acidity glossed by super light fizz. Almond, hazelnut, orange zest infuse the salty finish. Tangy, vivid.
