In addition to Nebbiolo, other indigenous Piemonte varietals are grown; Barbera, Dolcetto, Ruchè and Freisa.
Winemaking: Fermented with indigenous yeasts, unfiltered.
Tasting Notes: Bright garnet in colour, with aromas of raspberry, cherry, wildflowers and earthy minerality. Juicy red fruits with a sprig of bramble are framed by snappy acidity and grippy, supple tannins. Black cherry and dark earth minerals linger on the fruity finish. Elegant, lithe and captivating.
