Estate: For over a century the Pagliano family has been producing wine in Monferrato, eastern Piemonte in northwestern Italy. Elana, along with her husband Giovanni Rava and their children Margherita and Marcello, head the estate Elana’s great-grand-parents founded. The family is committed to working in harmony with nature; organic and sustainable methods are used in the vineyards and cellar, green energy from a photovoltaic system powers the estate.

Tasting Notes: Transparent ruby in colour with aromas of black cherry, raspberry. rose, tarry earth and a wisp of herbs. Silky layers of black cherry, wild strawberry, blackberry, raspberry along with a shake of black pepper and a trace of grilled herbs are framed by fresh acidity & grippy tannins. Black cherry, tarry earth and spice linger between each juicy sip.
