Jean-Christophe Jezequel is one of the winemakers/grape sources for iconic ancestral method/pet-nat winemakers Pascal Potaire and Moses Gadouche of Les Capriades. Domaine Les Capriades is located in the Loire Valley in central France, their wines are certified organic.
Mademoiselle is the first bottling/vintage under Jean-Christophe Jezequel’s own label. Selection Masale is the US importer, as they also are for Les Capriades. Crafted using the ancestral method, or pétillant naturel method. Unfortunately, that is all I could dig up.
Tasting Notes: Sunset coral pink in colour with aromas of red berries, fenugreek, white flowers and gravely minerals. Red apple, tangy cranberry, raspberry, hint of brioche and crushed rock minerality are buoyed by fine, consistent bubbles. Citrus acidity, strawberry and red apple with a drop of wildflower honey linger on the dry, snappy finish. Engaging and agile.

Good Morning François, It was actually difficult to track information down on JC Jezequel. My best suggestion would be to contact https://www.vinsnomad.com as they appear to have a direct line to him. I hope that helps, Cheers! Cara
