Simple and crisp, this is a refreshing glass with light dishes.
Estate: Founded in 1985, Bodegas La Val has made a name for itself by being one of the few wineries in the Rias Baixas region to only use estate grown grapes for their wines.
Winemaking: Grapes were sourced from 20+ year old vines, aged in stainless steel and additionally aged on its lees until bottling.
Tasting Notes: Pale yellow in colour with aromas of peach and wild flowers. Creamy apple and lemon flavours were balanced by a clean acidity, whilst hints of citrus zest comprised the dry finish.
