Les Quatre Tours Classique Rosé de Provence 2012

A friendly synthesis of fresh fruit, balancing acidity and a zippy finish, this is an easy drinking glass fantastic on its own or with a wide variety of dishes.

Winery: Quatre Tours is a cooperative winery with 716 acres of vineyards. Located at the foot of Sainte Victoire Mountain in southern France, the area gained fame with the paintings of Cezanne. The vine growers adhere to meticulous methods such as growing particular grapes in selected soils.

Philosophy: This is a group of passionate winemakers with traditions that have been passed down from generation to generation, “they are intent on the human values of sharing and solidarity”.

Tasting Notes: Coral pink in colour with aromas of strawberry, white flowers and hints of white peppercorn. Tasting quite similar to the aromas, with the addition of cantaloupe and pink grapefruit notes on the crisp finish.
